When you can request a refund and how.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current period.
One-time course purchases
Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
Failed payments / chargebacks
If a payment fails or is reversed, your subscription is paused immediately. You can resume by updating your payment method.
How to request
Email support with your order reference. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
